Platform training & how-to guides
Practical instructions for teams and borrowers. These pages work without JavaScript and can be printed using your browser’s Print command.
Practice with synthetic examples and authorized accounts. Do not send marketing or change live borrower files just to train.
Getting started
Sign in and find your role-based workspace
Sign in to MLO Ops, identify the workspace your role provides, and understand the visible access messages.
Invite an MLO and verify onboarding
Use the current Team invitation flow, then review the invited MLO’s roster record and onboarding progress.
Troubleshoot safely and escalate a reproducible issue
Use visible UI evidence and the organization’s approved administrator or support process without exposing credentials, secrets, or internal implementation details.
Use the partner calculator and Academy learning portal
Model partner-program scenarios with the public calculator, then use the Academy catalog or My Learning to access training without confusing education with licensed mortgage operations.
Relationships & CRM
Add a real estate firm and assign an MLO
Create a firm record with the fields the Firm Intelligence page currently accepts, then assign an MLO from the firm card.
Add, import, and export contacts
Maintain Contact CRM records one at a time or in a CSV/vCard batch, then export the currently visible contact set.
Create contact groups and use bulk actions
Segment visible CRM contacts, add selected rows to a group, and use campaign or rate-alert actions without confusing drafts with delivery.
Review referral partners in read-only mode
Search and interpret the Referral Partners table while respecting the different MLO and administrator scopes.
Campaigns
Create a manual campaign and enroll leads
Create the campaign record using the current Manual flow, then import and enroll a pasted list or CSV from the campaign card.
Pipeline & AI
Read the pipeline and request deal intelligence
Review stage cards within your permitted scope, use the current AI Deal Intelligence control, and understand optional Encompass sync status.
Use AI Coach and return to conversation history
Ask the AI Coaching Assistant a question, start a clean session, and reopen, rename, or delete saved conversations.
Team training
Browse the Training Library
Browse Tracks A–E in the read-only Training Library. Module editing and learner progress are not available on this page for any role.
Set this month’s goal and read the activity blueprint
Use the verified Goals & Commission Calculator flow to calculate a monthly target, save it to the right MLO, and read the resulting progress.
Borrower portal
Run a borrower qualification estimate
Use the public qualification flow to model a purchase, refinance, cash-out refinance, or investment-property scenario before starting a full application.
Complete and submit a full borrower application
Move from the qualification estimate, or open the full application directly, complete its seven sections, and submit the application package.
Return to an application and read its status
Use the borrower account sign-in and application lookup flow to restore a scoped application session, switch between your own applications, and follow the visible next action.
Upload documents and review the borrower analysis
Use Document Center to add income and identity documents, monitor extraction, run analysis, and review the generated package before submitting it.
Brokerage operations
Enroll an existing submitted application in a brokerage workspace
Add an application that already exists and is already submitted to an existing named brokerage workspace; this flow enrolls a file and does not create a borrower application.
Handle original documents, human review, and submission snapshots
Use an enrolled file's detail page to upload original evidence, record manual acceptance, create a current submission snapshot, and record a separate supervisor or MLO file review.
Set up workspace staff, cases, and company readiness
Manage named workspace membership, log operational cases, and maintain the company authority fields required for jurisdiction-aware assignments.
