Before you start

Step by step

  1. Open Goals & Commission

Select “Goals & Commission.” The page heading is “Goals & Commission Calculator,” with a Set Your Goal card and a current-month progress card.

  2. Choose the goal basis

Select “By Income” and enter “Annual Income Goal,” or select “By Deals” and enter “Closed Deals per Month.” The calculator updates the visible Deals/Month, Applications Needed, Conversations/Month, Active Partners Needed, Monthly Volume, and Annual Income metrics.

  3. Choose the MLO when prompted

Admins and Company admins use “Save Goal for MLO” and select an MLO. An MLO sees “Saving goal to your profile.”

  4. Save the current-month target

Select “Save This Month’s Goal.” A successful save shows “Goal saved!” and refreshes the goal data.

  5. Read the plan and progress

Review the visible month heading, percentage of goal, closed and remaining deals, estimated commission, and “Weekly Activity Blueprint.” Use those numbers as a planning reference.

Troubleshooting

Save This Month’s Goal is disabled.

An administrator must select an MLO in “Save Goal for MLO.” An MLO must have a linked profile. Confirm the selection or ask an administrator to verify the profile.

The saved target is not visible in progress.

Wait for the “Goal saved!” confirmation and refresh once. Confirm that the month heading and selected MLO are the intended scope; report the visible target and message if they still disagree.

The calculated numbers do not match a separate business plan.

Compare the displayed assumptions with the plan. Recheck the selected mode and input value, then treat the page as a calculator estimate rather than manually changing a target to force a match.
