Browse the Training Library
Browse Tracks A–E in the read-only Training Library. Module editing and learner progress are not available on this page for any role.
Before you start
- Be signed in with access to Training Library.
- Know which learning track your organization wants you to review.
Step by step
Open Training Library
Select “Training Library” from the sidebar. The page displays the library heading, a read-only notice for all roles, and the track tabs.
Choose a track
Select one of the visible tabs: Track A Onboarding, Track B Core Skills, Track C Compliance/CE, Track D Masterclass, or Track E Social Selling.
Read a module card
Review the module title, description or content brief, module number, points value, duration in minutes, and any visible CE, Video, or Handout indicators.
Return to the track list
Use another Track tab to browse its modules. A track with no returned modules shows “No modules found in this track.”
Check your work
- The selected Track tab is highlighted and its module cards are visible.
- You can identify the module title, duration, points, and any displayed CE or resource indicators.
- The library’s empty state is explicit when a track has no modules.
Troubleshooting
The library remains loading or says training modules could not be loaded.
Wait for loading to finish. If an error appears, select Retry; if loading remains stuck, refresh once. If it remains unavailable, record the track, page path, and visible state for your organization’s approved administrator or support channel.
A track says “No modules found in this track.”
Try the other track tabs and confirm that the intended track is selected. The message means no module was returned for that track; it is not an instruction to create a module.
I need to add or edit a module.
Add Module and Edit Module controls are not available for MLOs, admins, or company admins. This page is read-only; use your organization’s approved content-management process.
Important limits
- Viewing a card does not save learner progress, complete training, issue a certificate, award CE or compliance credit, or change an MLO record. Reloading only retrieves the saved library content, not a completion state.
- The visible Video and Handout labels indicate resource availability in the card, not a guaranteed playback or download result.
- Training content is not a substitute for current regulatory or company guidance.
