Use AI Coach and return to conversation history
Ask the AI Coaching Assistant a question, start a clean session, and reopen, rename, or delete saved conversations.
Before you start
- Be signed in with access to AI Coach.
- Prepare a coaching question and only the borrower or business context you are authorized to use.
Step by step
Open AI Coach
Select “AI Coach.” The page heading is “AI Coaching Assistant,” and the empty state offers quick questions about objections, calls, lead generation, and workflow.
Ask a question
Choose a quick question or type into “Ask your coach anything… (Enter to send, Shift+Enter for new line).” Select the send control or press Enter. The response appears in the conversation.
Open History
Select “History” to open the conversation sidebar. Select “New session” in the sidebar, or the top “New” button when a conversation is open, to clear the current chat and begin a separate session.
Resume or manage a saved conversation
Select a conversation title in History to load its messages. Use the visible rename control labeled “Rename conversation,” save the new title with “Save name,” or use “Delete conversation” and confirm when you no longer need the conversation.
Check your work
- The assistant response is visible below your question.
- A newly saved conversation appears in History after the first response.
- Loading a history item restores its messages, while New session shows an empty chat.
Troubleshooting
The send control is disabled.
Enter nonblank text in the coach field and wait for any current response to finish. Use Shift+Enter for a new line rather than sending an empty message.
The page says “Coach is temporarily unavailable. Please try again.”
Try the question again once, then record the page path, approximate time, and visible message for your organization’s approved administrator or support channel. Do not include private account tokens.
History is empty or a conversation will not load.
Refresh the page once and confirm you are signed into the intended workspace. An empty History can mean there are no saved conversations in that scope; if an existing title consistently fails, report the title and visible state.
Important limits
- AI Coach responses are coaching drafts and general assistance, not legal, regulatory, underwriting, rate, APR, product-eligibility, or outcome determinations.
- Review and adapt every suggested script before using it, and keep communications within your organization’s approved policies.
- AI Coach does not send email or contact a borrower. Any message must be reviewed and sent through an approved channel; delivery is not guaranteed.
