Sign in and find your role-based workspace
Sign in to MLO Ops, identify the workspace your role provides, and understand the visible access messages.
Before you start
- Have an approved MLO Ops account and use the email address associated with that account.
- If you are a Company admin, confirm which company workspace you are expected to manage.
Step by step
Open the sign-in page
Go to /mlo-ops/sign-in. The page displays “Sign in to MLO Ops” and “Access your mortgage operations platform.” Complete the sign-in form using your normal account sign-in method.
Check the first page after sign-in
An Admin or Company admin is taken to the operations dashboard. An MLO is taken to My Dashboard. Use the visible sidebar labels to confirm the workspace: admin navigation includes MLO Roster and Pipeline, while MLO navigation includes My Dashboard and My Pipeline.
Use the navigation that is visible to you
Open only the pages shown for your role. Shared pages include Goals & Commission, My Contacts or Contact CRM, Referral Partners, AI Coach, Training Library, Pipeline, and Brokerage Operations; admin-only pages include MLO Roster, Firm Intelligence, and Campaigns.
Recognize a pending account
If the account is not yet approved or linked, the page shows “Account Pending Approval.” Use the visible “Sign out” control and ask your organization administrator to complete the access process.
Check your work
- You reach a dashboard instead of returning to sign-in.
- The sidebar labels match the workspace you were assigned.
- You can open at least one page that your role is expected to use.
Troubleshooting
A protected page sends me back to sign-in.
Sign in again from /mlo-ops/sign-in. If the problem repeats, record the page path and the visible message, then use your organization’s approved administrator or support channel.
I see “Access restricted” and “That page is only available to admins.”
That page is an admin-only route. Return to My Dashboard and use the pages visible in your sidebar. Ask an administrator if you believe the role is incorrect.
I see “Account Pending Approval.”
The account is not ready for the main workspace. Do not create a second account; contact your organization administrator and provide the email address and visible status.
Important limits
- Company admin navigation can look like admin navigation while data remains limited to the company scope.
- Do not share passwords, one-time codes, session details, or other sign-in information in a help request.
- Being able to open a page does not grant access to another company’s data.
