Complete and submit a full borrower application
Move from the qualification estimate, or open the full application directly, complete its seven sections, and submit the application package.
Before you start
- Have your personal contact details, property and loan details, employment and income information, credit profile, and declaration answers ready.
- If adding a co-borrower, have the co-borrower's first name and last name available; the page requires those two fields when the co-borrower option is enabled.
Step by step
Open the full application
Choose Start Full Application from a qualification result or open the full application page. If the page shows a broker company panel, confirm the company name before entering information.
Complete Personal Info
Enter First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone. These values are used to create the application record and to prefill the account sign-up email after submission.
Complete Loan & Property
Choose Loan Purpose and Loan Type, then provide the property address details, Property Type, purchase price or value, and down payment requested by the form.
Complete Employment and Monthly Income
On Employment, choose Employment Type and provide Annual Income ($), employer details, position, and work-history fields shown by the form. On Monthly Income, enter the applicable base, overtime, bonus, other income, and housing-expense fields.
Complete Credit & Profile and Declarations
Select Credit Range and answer the profile questions. On Declarations, answer the federal required disclosure questions in FNMA 1003 §VIII, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, lawsuit, delinquency, alimony or child support, primary residence, and recent ownership interest.
Review the summary
Use Continue through each section until Review & Submit. Check the displayed name, email, phone, loan purpose and type, purchase price, down payment, LTV, property, employment, annual income, credit range, and co-borrower value.
Submit Application
Resolve any validation message and click Submit Application. The app creates the application session, then routes you to the account sign-up page with the email you entered prefilled so you can return to the portal.
Check your work
- The application is created and the borrower session is stored for the new application.
- The app opens the account sign-up route and, after the account flow is complete, the configured redirect points to the status page.
Troubleshooting
A required section will not advance.
Use Back to return to that section and complete the required fields. The page validates contact details, property essentials, employment and annual income, and credit range before advancing.
Submission says the co-borrower is incomplete.
Either fill in the co-borrower's first and last name in Co-Borrower Information or turn off the co-borrower option, then return to Review & Submit.
The application was submitted but the status page is not available.
Finish the account sign-up flow shown after submission, then use the status page. If you later return without an active application session, sign in and use Look Up My Application.
Important limits
- The review screen says submitting authorizes the qualification process and will not affect the credit score; this is not a commitment to lend or a final underwriting decision.
- Provide accurate, complete answers. Do not use the application as a place to store passwords, one-time codes, or unrelated sensitive information.
- Workspace roles and global platform roles are separate. A borrower application does not grant brokerage staff or a borrower administrative access.
