Before you start

Step by step

  1. Model a partner scenario

Open Partner Income Calculator. In Assumptions, adjust Buy-Side Transactions / Yr, Average Sales Price, % Financed, % Pre-Approved (Informational), Attach Rate, % of ASP Financed, Gross Take Rate (bips), Annual Growth Rate, and Refinances / Year.

  2. Read the calculator outputs

Review Gross Take / Month, Gross Take / Year, Year 1 Total w/ Refis, and Monthly Pipeline Dynamics for Closed Deals, Financed, Attached Deals, and Avg Loan Amt.

  3. Compare longer-term scenarios

Review 5-Year Growth Projection and the 5-Year Total, then compare the visible refinance cards showing additional annual revenue for each refi scenario.

  4. Choose the next public action

If you need program information, use Apply Now. If you want education first, use Join Free Training. These links are separate from the authenticated brokerage workspace.

  5. Browse Academy training

Open Lend Loft Academy and select View Training Programs. Review the catalog's course or membership description, features, price or Pricing TBA state, and select Enroll Now only for the product you intend to purchase.

  6. Open purchased learning

Choose My Learning. If signed out, select Sign in or Create account, then verify the checkout email in Clerk. The server matches every verified email on the signed-in account; purchased courses show Self-Paced Course and Start Learning, while an active membership shows Active Membership. Membership community and live-schedule destinations may visibly say setup pending when they are not configured.

  7. Resolve an Academy access status

If no courses are found, confirm that you are signed in to the correct Clerk account and that the checkout email is verified on that account; there is no manual email lookup or Change Email flow. Use Browse the Catalog only when you intend to purchase another product. The portal displays explicit signed-out, empty, verification, setup-pending, and unable-to-load states instead of silently granting access.

Troubleshooting

Calculator results look unexpectedly high or low.

Recheck the assumptions, especially Buy-Side Transactions / Yr, % Financed, Attach Rate, Gross Take Rate (bips), and Refinances / Year. The results are calculated from the values currently displayed in Assumptions.

Enroll Now is disabled.

The catalog disables checkout when a product has no first price. Treat Pricing TBA as unavailable for checkout and review another catalog item or wait for the catalog owner.

My Learning says No courses found.

Confirm that you are signed in to the correct Clerk account and that the checkout email is verified there. The server matches verified account emails, not a caller-entered email. If the verified account still has no purchase, use Browse the Catalog or contact the Academy owner.

Academy entitlements cannot be loaded.

Retry after checking the signed-in Clerk session and network connection. The page displays Unable to load your courses when the entitlement request errors; authentication alone does not silently turn an error into course access.

Sales Accelerator opens a course destination without an enrollment prompt.

The current Start Learning destination is the existing /mlo-academy/course curriculum. It is publicly reachable, has no enrollment or token gate, and stores progress in the browser's academy_completed local-storage key. Academy entitlements control which purchase card exposes the link, but this destination is not secure paid-content delivery; do not describe it as exclusive or ownership-enforced.
