Review referral partners in read-only mode
Search and interpret the Referral Partners table while respecting the different MLO and administrator scopes.
Before you start
- Be signed in with access to Referral Partners.
- Know whether you are reviewing your own MLO scope or an administrator/company scope.
Step by step
Open Referral Partners
Select “Referral Partners” from the sidebar or open /mlo-ops/partners. Wait for the table to finish loading.
Search the visible rows
Use the search field. Admins see the placeholder “Search partners, companies, or assigned MLOs…”; MLOs see “Search partners or companies…”. Search by the names or company text supported by the current page.
Read the table
Review Partner Details, Type, Total Deals, Total Volume, and Status. Admins also see Assigned MLO. Partner details can include company, email, and phone when those values exist.
Compare the visible result to your scope
MLO users see only their own assigned partner rows. Admin users see the list returned for their workspace, and Company admin data remains company-scoped. Clear the search before deciding that no partners exist.
Check your work
- The table shows the partner records within your permitted scope, or the explicit “No referral partners found” state.
- The search result changes as you enter or clear a partner, company, or assigned-MLO search.
- You can read deal totals, volume, type, and status without changing a partner record.
Troubleshooting
The table is empty after loading.
Clear the search field and verify that you are in the expected company or MLO workspace. An empty result can mean no partner data is available in that scope; it is not necessarily a search error.
I expected a Log Deal or Add Partner control.
The current page is read-only and does not render verified Add, Log Deal, or other mutation controls. Use the visible table for review and follow your organization’s approved process for changes.
An MLO cannot see a row an administrator can see.
Confirm that the partner is assigned to that MLO and that the MLO is signed into the intended account. Do not work around the scope; ask an administrator to verify the assignment.
Important limits
- Do not publish or rely on older instructions that promise row-level deal logging or automatic counter updates from this page.
- Partner totals and status are read-only values in this UI and may reflect the current company or MLO scope.
- Company admin access is tenant-scoped even when the table layout resembles an administrator view.
